1. Payment and Commissions

Q. How much can I earn?

For every customer that you refer and signs up, you will receive up to 40% of the revenue which we earn from them for the life of their membership.

Q. How are my commissions calculated?

You'll earn between 25% and 40% of net revenues from the BetUSA Sportsbook, casino and poker room, depending on the total net revenue earned per calendar month. Commissions are earned on Sportsbook, Casino and Poker wagering activity. The tiered percentage breakdown is as follows:

Q. How does the two Tier program work?

It’s a great way to earn good money from affiliates/partners you refer to us. We have a range of resources and banners in the log-in area to link to the secure area of the website. It works like this:

You provide a link on your website to the partners program, usually in your webmasters area
They click on the link and join.
That new partner is tracked in our system as being referred by you. They become a sub-affiliate of yours
When your subaffiliate starts earning revenue from player losses, so do you! You earn 10% commission from the commissions they earn! Here is an example:

Q. What do you do with negative balances?

Your affiliate account balance can go into the negative if your customers win more then they lose. This may happen occassionally but generally the sportsbook, games or casino will show a profit on an affiliate's customers overall.

In the event your affiliate account balance would show negative earnings you will not be asked to repay your commission from the previous month. However you would be required to wait until new customers or new activity on existing customers results in an overall positive net revenue for you to receive your next commission payment. You would normally expect to have a negative account very rarely, especially if you have more than 20 referred customers

Q. What is a charge-back?

A charge-back occurs when a depositing customer requests a refund from their credit card issuing-company after they have deposited money, and in most cases, have wagered that money.

Q. How is net revenue calculated?

For Sportsbook and Casino wagers, net revenue is calculated as gross revenue less chargebacks, complimentary money, free money offers and other incentives offered to the customer.

For poker, net revenue is calculated as the sum total of all Players' contribution to all "rakes" the Players were involved in while playing in the BetUSA poker room, minus any credits, (bonus or promotional amounts given to players), less charge backs or any uncollectible revenue attributable to the Player.

Q. How often/when am I paid?

We pay monthly on the 18th of the month.

Q. Is there a minimum payment level?

Yes. The minimum balance to receive a payment is $50. If commissions are less than $50, the balance will be held until the next month or until there is $50 in your account.

Q. What happens with fraud and charge backs?

If an account is considered fraudulent or has charge backs, it will be disabled. Commissions are not earned on disabled accounts.

Q. Can I have my commissions paid into a betting account?

Unfortunately, due to the strict accounting laws of the London Stock Exchange, we are not permitted to do this.

Q. Am I guaranteed payment for your banners on my site?

No, you will only earn commissions based on players you refer to BetUSA. You will not earn commissions on impressions or clicks.

Q. Do you offer CPA?

We offer CPA to trusted partners on a per request basis. Generally CPA is offered on wagering customers. CPA is not offered to all affiliate partners. If partners are interested in a CPA deal, partners are asked to sign up to the program and then email their account manager with a request. Requests will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

2. Tracking and Reporting

Q. How do you know when I have sent you a new customer?

You will automatically be issued with a unique partner ID when you sign up to the Partner program which you will place in all of your tracker links behind banners and text links.

When one of your website visitors clicks on one of these banners or text links and becomes a customer of BetUSA, we tag their user account with your unique partner ID - this identifies them as one of the customers that you helped sign up.

From then on, you will receive up to 40% of the revenue which we earn from them for the life of their membership.

Q. How often are my statistics updated?

Your statistics are updated every 24 hours, except impressions and click-thrus, which are updated in real-time. We are not able to update sports and casino statistics in real time because of the high load it places on our data servers.

Q. When do cookies expire?

The cookies are written to expire at the end of 28 days.

Q. Can I track my current and historical commissions?

Yes, you can simply login to the BetUSA.com Partners website to check your commission stats, anytime.

Q. Where do I get banners and text links?

We will send you tracking codes in your welcome email. Banners and text links are available in the Partner Resource Center.

3. Signing Up and Logging In

Q. What do I need to do to sign up?

Nothing, the BetUSA Partner Program is free to join and you may choose to cancel at any time.

Q. Do I need to have a website to be accepted as a BetUSA Partner?

Yes. To join the BetUSA Partner Program, you must have a live website.

Q. What if have problems logging into the Partners area?

Keep in mind that your password and user name are case sensitive. Servers may time out occasionally. Please try again and if this does not work, please contact us at staff@betusapartners.com. Please quote your unique Partner number in all correspondence.

Q. I have signed up but have not received my welcome email, who can I speak to?

Q. Can I participate in the BetUSA Partner Program if I live outside North America?

Yes. BetUSA welcomes partners worldwide.

4. Other Questions

Q. Will I get into legal trouble if I become a BetUSA reseller?

A. You are considered an advertiser of BetUSA and are not liable or responsible for people who wager on our site. There are no laws that prevent you from promoting an online sportsbook or casino - Lycos, Alta Vista and many other popular search engines carry online advertising and so do sites like Tucows, CNET, Uproar, and many, many others.

Q. Can I earn commissions on my own deposits and/or wagers?

BetUSA do not allow you to earn commissions on your own account. If you sign up an account with BetUSA as a referral of yourself, your account will be removed from your referral portfolio.

Q. Is there a Macintosh version of BetUSA.

Currently, there are no plans for a Mac version of our downloadable casino software; we have decided to focus on Windows-based CD games. However, we do offer instant-play Java games that work in Mac, Linux, and Windows environments.

Q. How safe and secure is my information?

Your personal and account information is safe with BetUSA. We will not sell or rent your contact information to anyone. Our servers are secure.
